Hello!
I wanted to fill out the M-form myself. I ordered it by mail. She arrived on May 17th.
Nowhere do I see the deadline for sending the completed declaration.
From the information on the M-form, “it can be sent within 5 years,” but “sending from April to June, unless extended.”
Does this mean that this year I can no longer send it or order filling from you and I need to wait for April-June 2020?

The annual return M-form can be sent within 5 years in the event that you did not receive a notification and did not request filing yourself.
In your case, you are required to file an M-form annual return, since you have already requested it from the tax office.
It is not recommended to postpone filing until next spring, as the tax authority will charge a penalty for non-filing.
The final filing date must be indicated in the cover letter or on the first introductory page of the form.
It is likely that you need to file it with the tax office before 01/07/2019.
