Good day. I'm married. the Englishman's husband has a contract in Holland. We want to move to him. Will my children be members of a European family and follow a simplified scheme for obtaining a residence permit in the Netherlands (like me), or do they need to get an MVV in Russia? And can they be issued separately from me?

Yes, if the marriage is official, then the children can move as family members of an EU citizen. It is also possible to register separately.
