Please tell me where you can download the forms for filing revised / revised declarations for 2014-2016? As I understand it, they need to be handed over on paper. The fix concerns boxing 3.

Good afternoon!
Depending on your situation in the reporting year, the declaration can be submitted either on paper or in electronic form. We fill out the return electronically and send it to the tax office through our software.
If you came to Holland in 2014 and were registered for less than a year, then you need to submit an M-form.
The annual return for 2014 M-form can only be submitted with our help in paper form. As our software does not allow you to send the 2014 Annual Return electronically.
Therefore, this type of declaration must be requested from the tax office, filled in the form and sent back for consideration.
If in 2014 and in subsequent years you were registered and lived in the Netherlands for the entire full year, then we will submit your declarations only electronically.
It's easier, faster and more convenient.
Even if you received paper forms, we do not use them, but we fill out your declarations in our program.
Tax all returns. submitted through our program, is accepted for consideration without any problems or delays.
The process for filing an annual return is as follows:
- you fill out our forms and send them with copies of documents to us
- we fill out the declaration electronically and send it to the tax office through our program
- you receive a copy of the submitted report for personal administration.
- we issue an invoice for services or write off payments automatically, provided that we sign a form to authorize a one-time automatic write-off.

Good afternoon I would like to submit updated/corrected declarations for 2017-2018 under the section “Real Estate Abroad” (Previously I did not indicate the presence of real estate in Russia). Does it make sense to resubmit the declaration for this reason? And can I be fined when retaking the test, as for incorrect information in previously submitted declarations?

Good evening, Natalia!
Penalties can be applied only in case of underpayment of taxes. Ownership of real estate in the Russian Federation is subject to double taxation and is not subject to taxes in the Netherlands.
It makes sense to show this property in the declaration if in the future you are going to sell the apartment and transfer money to your account in the Netherlands. The bank may be interested in the origin of the funds.
Best regards, Nalog.nl Team.
