The Dutch embassy in Kyiv is closed, but if you have been approved for a temporary residence permit (MVV), it can be obtained from a Dutch embassy or consulate in any other country. You will need to notify your contact person at the IND (his number is on the letter stating that you will receive the MVV) and a specialist will help you change the embassy.
If you are in the Netherlands
If you have received a positive decision on the MVV and are in the Netherlands on a short-stay visa or free time, then you can temporarily not pick up the MVV from the embassy (if you do not have such an opportunity). Soon they will be issued at the IND counter.
