One-time payment of 4000 euros to entrepreneurs

On March 27, 2020, an additional assistance scheme came into force for entrepreneurs and legal entities that have been most affected by the restrictions imposed in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus.

What is this?

TSC19 is a one-time, non-refundable payment of € 4000.

Who can claim it?

If a number of additional criteria are met, entrepreneurs and non-public legal entities (NV does not fall under the program) can apply for help, whose main activity is the field of hospitality, catering or "contact" provision of services.

When can i apply?

You can apply for this type of financial assistance during the period from March 27, 2020 to June 26, 2020.

Additional eligibility criteria:

1. Registration with KVK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) by March 15, 2020;
2. One of the specified types of activity (the list is presented below) is declared as the main one (the first on the list);
3. Activities are carried out in a real estate object that is not the place of residence of a director, shareholder or individual entrepreneur;
4. Catering organizations (SBI10.1, 56.10.2, 56.30) are not included in this program, except in cases of ownership of a stationary catering facility, the address of which cannot coincide with the place of residence of the director or shareholder;
5. Payment of funds is carried out only to an account registered for your business or company;
6. The applicant must not be bankrupt;
7. The applicant did not file a motion for the suspension of payments in court;
8. The applicant's losses in the period from March 16 to June 15, 2020 will be at least 4000 euros;
9. The amount of mandatory payments by the applicant in the period from March 16 to June 15, 2020 will be at least 4000 euros;
10. The applicant has received less than € 200 in public assistance over the past two years.

Please note that in case of impossibility of documentary confirmation of clauses 8 and 9, the funds may be claimed back.

IMPORTANT: From Monday 30 March, the scheme will also apply to non-food stores that operate but experience a catastrophic drop in sales.
