BV registration
A BV (besloten vennootschap) is the Dutch equivalent of a private limited company, with no minimum authorised capital requirements. Shareholders can be legal entities or individuals, regardless of citizenship.
What is included in the BV Registration service?
- Drafting the deed of incorporation and the shareholders' register.
- Discussing and approving documentation, including one round of revisions based on the founders' requests.
- Coordinating interactions with a notary..
- Verifying shareholders' identities and registering the incorporation documents with a notary.
- Registering with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
- Obtaining a BTW number (if the company is registered to a resident)
- Translating incorporation documents from Dutch into English.
What will you receive?
- A registered BV company with incorporation documents.
- An extract from the KvK.
- An RSIN number.
- Registration in the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) register.
What is the cost of registering a BV?

The service cost depends on the founders' profiles, the number of founders, the urgency of the order, and whether a holding structure is required.
If the shareholder is an individual:

If the shareholder is an individual who will also serve as the director (BV-DGA) and requires the creation of a holding company, we will register two companies:
