BV registration
BV (besloten vennootschap) is a Dutch analogue of a joint stock company without requirements for a minimum authorized capital, with shareholders - legal entities and individuals, regardless of citizenship.
What is included in the BV Registration service?
- Development of the constituent act and register of shareholders.
- Discussion and approval of documentation, carrying out one round of edits in accordance with the requests of the founders.
- Organization of interaction with a notary.
- Identification of shareholders and registration of constituent documentation with a notary.
- Registration with the KvK Chamber of Commerce.
- Obtaining a BTW number (if the company is registered to a resident)
- Translation of constituent documents from Dutch into English.

How much does it cost to register a BV?

The cost of the service depends on who the founders are, the number of founders, the urgency of the order and whether the founders require a holding.
