Registration of EMZ (ZZP)

Pay attention! ZZP (zelfstandig zonder personeel) is an individual (private) entrepreneur who works without employees. In the presence of hired personnel, it is customary to talk about EMZ (eenmanszaak). However, in the commercial register of KVK (Kamer van Koophandel), both entrepreneurs will be registered as EMZ (eenmanszaak), since ZZP is not a legal concept.
The cost of registration of individual entrepreneurship in the Netherlands - 150 euro + 21% VAT (BTW).
