Registration of EMZ (ZZP)
Do you want to become a sole trader in the Netherlands but don't know how? Contact us, and we will:
- Check your documents and prepare the necessary forms for the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel, KVK).
- Provide instructions on how the meeting at KVK will proceed for the registration of EMZ/ZZP (eenmanszaak/zelfstandig zonder personeel) – individual entrepreneurship.
- If you do not speak Dutch, we can support you during the KVK meeting via phone.
Please note: ZZP (zelfstandig zonder personeel) refers to an individual (private) entrepreneur who works without employees. When there are hired personnel, it is customary to refer to EMZ (eenmanszaak). However, in the commercial register of KVK (Kamer van Koophandel), both types of entrepreneurs will be registered as EMZ (eenmanszaak), since ZZP is not a legal concept.
The cost of registration of individual entrepreneurship in the Netherlands - 150 euro + 21% VAT (BTW).
For those who ordered a paid consultation from us on opening an EMZ, within three months after the consultation the cost of the service will be 100 euro + 21% VAT (BTW).
