We offer:
• Salary: base rate after probation period - from €5600/month.
• Upon successful completion of the probationary period, it is possible to obtain a work visa (high skilled migrant visa)
• Office work (Nieuwegein, Utrecht) with free parking for employees.
• 5-day work week
• Possibility of remote work 1 day a week (subject to plan fulfillment)
• Paid leave - 20 working days + 5 additional days.
• Free tax return preparation for employees.
• Paid in-house training and mentoring support.
• Transport compensation - up to €200 per month.
• Work in a European company with a professional team in the field of finance and accounting.
(I.e. Your responsibilities:
• Organization and management of the sales department.
• Setting goals and monitoring the implementation of sales plans.
• Conducting meetings, training and mentoring employees. Motivating and inspiring the team.
• Analysis of sales indicators and optimization of the CRM funnel.
• Participation in negotiations with key clients and presentation of the company’s services.
• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with VIP and key clients.
• Interact with marketing, accounting and legal departments to provide customer support.
• Monitoring the quality of customer service and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Preparation of regular reports, analytics and feedback on the team’s performance.
💡 Our expectations:
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development — 2+.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​(at a native speaker level), English - not below the level B2.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Developed skills in negotiating and building relationships with clients.
• Quick learner, proactive, open to new things.
