Marina moved to the Netherlands several years ago with her husband. In her new country, she decided to fulfill a long-held dream: to introduce the Dutch to the flavors of her homeland, Moldova.
It all started with a small kitchen: Marina shopped for groceries herself, cooked according to family recipes, and even delivered orders. That's how Moldovan Home Kitchen was born—and her first customers immediately fell in love with her dishes.
But soon the same question was heard more and more often:
💬 “Where can I try all this in a cozy atmosphere?”
And then Marina decided to open a restaurant.
🍷 Today, La Cucina Moldovei is a cozy restaurant in the center of Rotterdam, a gathering place for both Dutch and expats. It offers not only dinner but also catering for events.
What helped Marina grow up?
She realized early on that the EMZ was limiting her opportunities. She needed a structure that would protect her personal assets, allow her to attract partners, and build a more serious business. The solution was switching to a BV.
📌 This step opened up new horizons: a restaurant, a team, partnerships, and an expansion of services.
Marina's story is a reminder to each of us:
